How can we adapt to work shaped by AI?

You do not need to learn everything at once. Start with your own work and choose a manageable next step.
Map your tasks
For a week, note where your time goes. Which tasks repeat, which require judgement and where do personal relationships matter? This map can help you decide where to experiment and what deserves more of your attention.
Choose a low-risk experiment
Try an approved tool on a clearly defined task, such as outlining a public text. Decide in advance what would make the result useful. Check accuracy and usability as well as time saved; speed alone does not tell the whole story.
Make room for your own questions
Change can affect how you see your professional value. Which strengths do you want to carry forward? What would you enjoy learning? A coaching conversation can help separate outside expectations from your own goals and identify a next step you feel ready to take.
